Note:

• The above prices are for internet connectivity at TVL's earth station premises, and do not include the "last mile" charges, see below for these.  For customers using TVL's co-location services, no additional connection charges apply.

• The deposit is payable on signing of the contract, and will be refunded on the normal termination of the contract.

• Billing is monthly in arrears, with 14 day settlement.

• Usage is measured as the maximum of the inbound or outbound traffic.

Note:

• All prices quoted above are for 12 month contracts, and are subject to availability.

• Until such time as TVL rolls out an SDL ring within Port Vila and offers a fully managed service, dark fibre is being sold under the brand name of
  Optinet. At some time in the future this product may be discontinued and replaced by a fully managed service.  Should this happen, the customer
  will be given at least 12 months notice.

• If existing fibre is not available at the locations specified, setup fees may vary.

• TVL will deliver the pairs to a customer breakout box within the premises.  It is the responsibility of the customer to then connect from this breakout
  box to the necessary location withing the building.  End equipment is the responsibility of the customer.

• Bandwidth across this service cannot be resold without the permission of TVL.

Note:

• DSL has distance limitations over copper so each site will need a detailed survey.

• The modem interface for DSL is a V.35 serial link, hence the customer may need a router to convert to ethernet. 

Note:

• Shared rack and shared space products include up to 10 minutes per day of technical support (eg. tape changing, rebooting,
  supervised access to shared racks etc.)  Additional support charged at VT14,600/hr, billed in 15 minute increments.

• Free interconnection to Internet backbone - normal monthly and usage charges apply.

• All spaces are air conditioned using a minimum of 2 units for redundancy.

• Power supplied as single or three phase via UPS (Generator backed).  Mains power also available.

• All computer areas use raised flooring.

• Ceiling barrier installed where necessary.

• All windowed bricked up where necessary or requested.

• All areas protected by secure doors.

• While TVL undertakes best efforts to ensure that co-location facilities meet the required regulatory framework for e-commerce
  and online gaming within Vanuatu, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance is met.
