Depending on the time of your call, you either pay the peak rate or you get the benefit of the off-peak rate.
 
Peak rate: Vt18 (Vt20 VAT incl.) every 2 minutes
Off-peak rate: Vt18 (Vt20 VAT incl.) every 4 minutes

Peak rate for domestic calls applies as follows :

  • 6:00 pm to 6:00 am Monday to Friday,
  • Full day on Saturdays ,Sundays and public holidays.
International

The world is divided into 2 zones for rate purposes :

"Neighbours" : Australia, Fiji, New Caledonia, New Zealand   "Rest of the World" 

Depending on the time of your call, you either pay the peak rate or you get the benefit of the off-peak rate.
