How to activate and use these services?:

*, # and R are the keys that allow you to have access to the Smart services and to use them. Depending on the type of telephone you are using the R key can also be the white button (ordinary phone) at the bottom of the keyboard or the “FLASH” button. At the end of each operation a continuous tone shows you that your request is effective. A busy tone shows that your request is not correctly formulated. Then you must hang up and start again.

Call transfer

unconditional: this service enables you to have all calls coming in on your line to be transferred to another line of your choice (e.g. from your office to your home, or to your mobile telephone).You are charged for the forwarded part of the call at normal rate. Worry no longer about missing an important call!

no reply: this service enables you to have all calls coming in on your line to be transferred, if you do not reply (after time out of 20 secs) to another line of your choice (e.g. from your office to your home, or to your mobile telephone).You are charged for the forwarded part of the call at normal rate.

Call waiting (incoming call signal)

You already have a call and another person is trying to get hold of you.
A beep will go off on the line to warn you and you can then put the first caller on hold to speak to the second one.
In this way, you can always be reached even if your line is engaged. No longer any risk of missing an important call.

Three-way conversation 

During a call, you can make connection with a second caller.
You can then either talk
with one or the other individually or all three together on the same line. The parties can be either in Vanuatu or abroad.
This way you can organise a mini-meeting for professional or family purposes.

To get onto C put B on hold R C’s number

Once C answers : there are 3 options

To go back to B breaking off with C R 1
B Switch between B and C or C and B R 2
establish a three-way conversation between A, B and C R 3

Restricted access

This service enables you to restrict access from your telephone to certain destinations, by using a personal code composed on the number keys on your telephone set.
This way you can control the use of your telephone even in your absence.

Automatic wake-up call

This service enables you to programme your telephone set so that it rings at a chosen time. You can thus be woken up or reminded of an important task to be done.

Selective call restriction

This service allows you to select and reject calls. After an incoming call, the last calling number is added to the "reject" list, when the service has been activated. Maximum of 5 numbers on list. Cancellation code cancels the whole list.
